Doreen's Dessert, Series 3 Come Dine with Me Australia
Grease swiss roll pan and line with grease proof paper.
Beat egg whites till soft peaks form.
Add sugar gradually till dissolved.
Add vanilla essence and white vinegar.
Spread onto prepared pan.
Bake in moderateoven for 10 mins.
Turn meringue onto sheet of baking paper with extra castor sugar.
Stand for 2 mins.
Whip cream with 1 tbsp caster sugar and vanilla essence.
Cream meringue add strawberries into centre of roll.
Set in fridge for 30 mins.
Puree strawberries add 1 table spoon of icing sugar.
Sieve out seeds.
