Tony's Dessert, Series 3 Come Dine with Me Australia
Pre heat oven 180 degrees.
Grease 20cm tin & line with baking paper.
Stir chocolate & butter over low heat until melted.
Combine Marsala, sugar, almond & coffee add water; beat in eggs two eggs yolks separately.
Beat egg whites till soft peaks form & gently fold into chocolate mixture pour into pan.
Cook for 45 min cover with if over browning cool cake in pan & place in fridge for several hours.
When ready to serve turn out cake onto board & cut into slices with a hot knife.
Blend strawberries & icing sugar until smooth.
Clean & hull strawberries sprinkle with sugar & cover with Tia Maria.
Place in fridge until serving.
