“Steak by Cooky”

Flamed Grilled Eye Fillet Steak topped with Asparagus Tips, Champagne Ham & Cheese accompanied by Mustard Potatoes & stir fried Vegetables in a Sweet Chilli Sauce

  • 1 piece of Eye Fillet

  • 1 can asparagus Tips

  • 5 pieces champagne ham 3mm thick

  • Grated tasty cheese

  • 5 potatoes cut into bite size pieces

  • 1 green & red capsicum

  • 250g snow peas

  • 3 spring onions cut into chunky pieces

  • 2 sticks of celery cut into chunky pieces


  • 1.

    Preheat oven 180 degrees.

  • 2.

    Place potatoes in ovenproof dish with a little oil.

  • 3.

    Top with one clove of garlic, one tablespoon of wholegrain mustard mixed together.

  • 4.

    Bake oven until golden brown.

  • 5.

    Flame grill eye fillet until slightly more rare than required.

  • 6.

    Preheat griller.

  • 7.

    Place steak under grill & top with asparagus, ham and cheese until cheese is toasted.

  • 8.

    Pre heat pan & a little oil place all vegetables & sauté until cooked.
