Ingredients

  • 125g Butter

  • 1/3 cup milk

  • 1 1/2 cups self-raising flour

  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten

  • 3 bananas, extra ripe

  • 1 1/2 teaspoon bi-carbonate soda

  • 3/4 cup sugar

Method

  • 1.

    Cream butter and sugar together.

  • 2.

    Make well.

  • 3.

    Add mashed banana, beaten eggs and milk with bi-carbonate mixed into it.

  • 4.

    Bake at 180 degrees Celsius or 160 fan forced, for 20mins.
