This banana cake is easy to make and a great way to use up extra ripe bananas.
Cream butter and sugar together.
Add mashed banana, beaten eggs and milk with bi-carbonate mixed into it.
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius or 160 fan forced, for 20mins.
