Nothing beats this sauce! It takes best when you grow your own tomatoes, but if you dont, buy hydroponic or roma.


  • 2 massel beef stock cubes

  • 2 kilos tomatos

  • 1 large onion

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 1 chicken stock cube

  • salt and pepper to taste2 cups water

    Fry onion and garlic for aprox 5 min on low, add diced tomatos, water stock and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for aprox 1.5 hours untill all the water has evaporated.

    Serve with fresh pasta!
