This is an Italian soup that we cook when ever someone is sick!


  • 1/2 kilo chicken wings

  • 1 litre water

  • 2 massell chicken stock cubes

  • 2 tbls tomatoe paste

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • good parmesan cheese from deli

  • fresh mini pasta


  • 1.

    Simmer the chicken in the water with everything other than the pasta for aprox 1.5 hours.

  • 2.

    Remove chicken, you may eat the chicken seperatly or remove skin and shred chicken meat and add back to the soup.

  • 3.

    Add some mini pasta cook aprox 5 min

  • 4.

    Serve with parmesan!


stock can be frozen, when defrosting add pasta and cook.
