This is perfect for an after dinner treat for a substitue for dessert or as well as!!!!


  • 100g mini marshmallows

  • 200g of your favourite milk chocolate

  • 75g of your favourite dark chocolate (70% cocoa)

  • 25g of low salt butter

  • 50g macadamias roughly chopped

  • 50g unsalted peanuts

  • 50g of biscuits cut up into smallbite size pieces ( i use arrowroot biscuits)

  • Optional 25g raisins


  • 1.

    Line a 3cm-deep, 8 x 25cm pan with plastic wrap.

  • 2.

    Place all chocolate with the butter in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water (don't let the bowl touch the water), then stir until melted.

  • 3.

    Stir marshmallows into chocolate with biscuits, macadamia, peanuts andl raisins if your using them

  • 4.

    Spread into pan making sure the top is eenly spread all over

  • 5.

    Chill in fridge for 2 hours or until hard.

  • 6.

    Rmove slice from the pan and cut into small bite size pieces

I suggest using the raisins but i know it's not for everyone. I sometimes use cranberries (dried) or even in the christmas season some glaced cherries
