This is perfect for an after dinner treat for a substitue for dessert or as well as!!!!
Line a 3cm-deep, 8 x 25cm pan with plastic wrap.
Place all chocolate with the butter in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water (don't let the bowl touch the water), then stir until melted.
Stir marshmallows into chocolate with biscuits, macadamia, peanuts andl raisins if your using them
Spread into pan making sure the top is eenly spread all over
Chill in fridge for 2 hours or until hard.
Rmove slice from the pan and cut into small bite size pieces
I suggest using the raisins but i know it's not for everyone. I sometimes use cranberries (dried) or even in the christmas season some glaced cherries
