Golden and crunchy bread.


  • 0.25 l water

  • 50 g leaven

  • 1.5 tbspoon of salt

  • 1.5 tbspoon of sugar

  • 1 tbspoon of oregano

  • 0.5 l wheat flours

  • 0.1 l virgin oil

  • on top:

  • 1 tbspoon of virgin oil

  • seasalt / olives / sundryed tomatoes / herbs...


  • 1.

    Mix leaven with warm water. Mix also sugar, salt and oregano. Add flours bit by bit and knead. After the flours, add virgin oil and knead.

  • 2.

    Let the dough increase about 30 mins.

  • 3.

    Shape the dough as an eclipse. Push small holes with your finger on the surface. Strew virgin oil on top and all the decor you like.

  • 4.

    Bake in the oven 200C for about 30 mins.


Goes also ass pizzadough:
Bake in the oven 225C for 20 mins.
