Mince beef with vegetables
Heat oil in pan, finely slice onion & garlic add to pan sprinkle with salt and cook stir until onion is transparent, remove from pan. Put mince steak into pan add salt and pepper and cook until brown, then add your onion & garlic, grated carrot, celery, chicken noodle soup and water (follow instructions on packet) add red wine and cook until all liquid has reduced down
