USE NONSTICK PAN SPRAY WITH A LITTLE OLIVE OIL , PLACE HEAP DESERT SPOON FULLS OF MIX IN PAN FLATTEN OUT AND COOK TILL GOLDEN BROWN ON BOTH SIDES REMOVE FROM PAN PLACE ON PAPER TOWEL, EAT HOT .
I HAVE THESE WITH A SALAD , OR WITH CUCUMBER AND MINT YOGURT , OR SALSA, OR SWEET CHILLI SAUCE , THEY ALL TASTE GREAT .
