Tofu, medium firm, organic


  • Tofu

  • Green onions

  • Cilantro

  • Bragg liquid aminos

  • Sweet chilli sauce

  • and the usual stuff...ginger, garlic, etc


  • 1.

    Ginger and garlic in oil

  • 2.

    Tofu cut in 2"x2" pieces (1/2 inch thick) or whatever pleases you

  • 3.

    Fry tofu till golden brown, both sides

  • 4.

    Stir in cut-up green onions and cilantro

  • 5.

    Add 2 tbsp sweet chille sauce and 1 tsp bragg's and stir fry till well coated

  • 6.

    Enjoy as an appetizer or a main dish to replace meat
