I made this recipe up one day when i had nothing in the house except a few things. it is now a fav to whip up when i am not in the mood to make a huge meal
Cook pasta in salted water drain and place in salad bowl, add the capsicum,onion, garlic and mushrooms and give it all a toss. then ad all the herbs give it another toss. add as much oil and vinegar as liked. give it a toss and top with some parmesan. enjoy.
