Fragrant Steak dish
Blend together the ingredients for the Marinade and place in a non-metallic bowl with the steak and leave for around 30 mins.
Heat a Griddle pan till it's smoking and add your steaks, cooking for around 2 mins each side, depending on how thick the cut is.
Once cooked, allow your steaks to rest for a few mins,then serve with the watercress salad.
You can de-glaze the pan with a good splash of water and some Peppercorns for a rich gravy too.
never ever cook a well done Steak!
