I know, I know, it’s not Brazilian, but I saw at Play School the other day when I was babysitting (love kids), I try it and I love it.
Really easy


  • 2 grated zucchinis

  • 1 sweet corn

  • 300g of grated tasty cheese

  • 3 spoons of self raisin flour

  • 1 ½ cup of bread crump

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 tea spoon of salt

  • Little bit of water


  • 1.

    Preheated the oven to 200C.

  • 2.

    Mix all the igredients in a bowl, put in a non stick muffin tray with tha help of a spoon, and bake for 40 min.

This recipe really needs more specific ingredient weights/amounts. Is "one sweet corn" a full corn cob, how much corn would that be if I was going to use frozen or canned corn? When you say "3 spoons of SR flour" what size spoons? Other than vague ingredient amounts this sounds like a really good muffin mix.
