My mother in law gave me this organic recipe book for Christmas, and I love it! The name is Organic and Chic.
And this recipe is based on a recipe from that book.
I was too lazy to go to the supermarket and buy organic stuff!
Preheat the oven to 200C, I used a non stick baking dish, but you cans use a normal baking stick and butter it.
In a bowl mix the apples with the brown sugar, lemon zest, cinnamon and nutmeg. Spread the mixture evenly in the baking dish.
Using your hands or fork, mix the topping ingredients together until crumbly.
Sprinkle the topping evenly over the apple mixture, and bake until crisp on top, about 25 min.
you can use pecans instead of Brazil nut, but I think the Brazil nut taste better.
