Very very quick and easy meal if you have just got home from a few days away and you want a quick hot meal or if you want something quick and hot when you reach your holiday destination at the beach.
1.Fry the onion until transparent in the oil.
2.Add the minced meat and stir until cooked.
3.Sprinkle on the herbs and stir.
4.Add the tinned tomatoes.
5.Stir in the tomato paste.
6.Let this mixture gently simmer while you cook the pasta.
7.Mix in the grated cheddar cheese.
COOK the pasta for 20 minutes on high in the Mike uncovered.
Drain and add a big knob of butter and 1 tsp of salt and keep hot.
Serve the pasta on warm plates and ladle the sauce over. Sprinkle generously with grated Parmesan cheese and ground pepper.
