this simple but delicous soup is great on a rainy day or whenever you feel like some REAL food.
Bring a pot of salted water to the boil and add the chicken drumsticks.
While the chicken is boiling slice the leek and roughly chop the potatoes.
Add the leek,potatoes and rosemary to the chicken and boil for about 1/2 an hour to 1 hour until the chicken is a very pale pink colour but not white.
Fish out the bones,knuckles and skin of the chicken.
Pour the mixture into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Serve with baby spinach leaves or any other herb like chives basil or more rosemary and a bit of pepper.
