Yo-Yo's

This is a easy recipie to cook and only takes about 20 minutes to make and eat!

Ingredients

  • Biscuits

  • 185g butter

  • 1/3 cup of icing sugar

  • 1 1/2 cup of plain flour

  • 1/3 cup of custard powder

  • Filling

  • 1/2 cup of icing sugar

  • 2 tablespoons of butter

  • 2 teaspoons of custard powder

  • 1/2 teaspon of vanilla

Method

  • 1.

    Cream butter and icing sugar, add sifted flour and custard powder. Mix well.

  • 2.

    Form into balls and place onto greased oven trays and press with a fork to form biscuits. Bake in moderate oven for about 15 minutes.

  • 3.

    Filling

  • 4.

    Cream ingredients together. Use as required for joining biscuits.
