  • Herbs

  • Garlic

  • Vinegar

  • Lemon Juice

  • 1.

    Cook the rice and add olive oil, herbs and garlic to make it hold together.

  • 2.

    Add some vinegar and lemon.

  • 3.

    Soak the vine leaves in boiling water for 20 minutes until they soften.

  • 4.

    Wrap the rice in the vine leaves and bake in oven.
