Indonesians call this fritter 'Bala Bala' and this is one of my family's favorite fritters.
Put the flour into a bowl. Add beaten eggs, beat the mix until smooth
Add the spice paste, mix well
Add the carrot, white cabbage and green onion
Add chicken powder, salt and pepper, stir to combine
Deep fry tablespoons of the mixtures in hot oil
Turn fritters and cook on the other side
Remove from heat and place on paper towel to absorb the excess oil
Serve warm as appetizer or snack
