a succulent feast which caters for both young and old.
A wonderfully cooked venison steak with prime doritos which are farmed fresh from the hills of columbia. A tasty treat with crunch and flare.
Pre heat oven to 180 degrees
Heat a little oil in a pan.
Add the venison and cook for approx. 10 minutes or until still a little pink in the middle.
Take meat off the heat and leave to stand.
Take the Doritos and while still in the packet and crush vigirously with a hammer. Transfer to a bowl.
Take the Steaks and brush with egg, then cover each in lots of Dorito crumbs.
Put steaks in the oven to finish cooking. Approx. 30 minutes
In a blender, combine the whole brown onion and the Jalapenos.
Blend until smooth. It should look like Clag Paste.
Serve Venison and tip over onion sauce.
Add cheese Doritos for an extra cheesey kick.
