These sweet biscuits made with ginger and golden syrup make a great afternoon tea treat.

Combine all dry ingredients, melt butter, golden syrup and vinegar, mix well. Roll into balls or flatten on a lightly floured board and use cookie cutters. Bake at 150 degrees for 20-30mins
