Ginger Nuts


  • Ingredients:

  • 2 cups plain flour

  • 60g butter or margarine

  • 2 teaspoons ginger

  • 2 tablespoons golden syrup

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 2 tablespoons vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder


  • 1.

    Combine all dry ingredients, melt butter, golden syrup and vinegar, mix well. Roll into balls or flatten on a lightly floured board and use cookie cutters. Bake at 150 degrees for 20-30mins
