Grease a 28x 18cm cake tin with extra melted butter. Pop the corn according to the packet with the oil. Put popcorn in tin. Melt the butter in a saucepan, add honey and sugar, then stir over low heat until sugar dissolves. Let boil, without stirring, for 8mins or until mixture makes a crack sound when half a teaspoon is tested in water. Remove from heat and allow bubbles to subside. Then pour over popcorn. Let set, hard, before breaking into pieces.
