• Ingredients:

  • 1 cup copha

  • 6 tablespoons cocoa

  • 2 cups icing sugar

  • 1 cup coconut

  • 4 cups rice bubbles


  • 1.

    Melt copha in a saucepan. Sift icing sugar into a bowl and mix in cocoa, coconut and rice bubbles. Pour melted copha into rice bubble mixture and mix well. Put tablespoons of mixture into patty pans on a tray. Put into the fridge until it sets.
