• Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups self raising flour

  • 2/3 cup milk

  • 1/4 teaspoon bi-carbonate soda

  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten

  • 1/3 cup caster sugar

  • 20g butter, melted for pan

    Mix all dry ingredients together in a medium bowl, make a well in the middle. Add combined milk and eggs all at once. Mix until no lumps. Drop 2 tablespoons of mixture onto lightly greased pan, 2cm apart.
