  • Ingredients:

  • 1 cup self raising flour

  • 125g butter, melted

  • 1 cup coconut

  • 1 cup brown sugar


  • 1.

    Mix flour, butter, coconut and brown sugar together. The press into a lightly greased tray. Bake for 10mins. Remove to cool.

  • 2.

    Meanwhile, for icing mix icing sugar, cocoa and hot water until spreadable. Spread on cooled base. Sprinkle coconut on top if desired, then refrigerate.
