• Ingredients:

  • 1 1/3 cup self raising flour

  • 150g butter, unsalted

  • 2/3 cup icing sugar

  • 2 eggs, large

  • 2/3 cup brown sugar

  • 125 crushed white chocolate

  • 100g crushed unsalted macadamias


  • 1.

    Beat butter and icing sugar until light and fluffy. Add brown sugar, flour, eggs, chocolate and nuts. Roll into balls (approx. size of walnuts). Gently press onto a greased tray. Bake on 200 degrees for 15 mins. (check after 12mins)
