  • 5.00 tb Miracle whip Free

  • 2.00 tb Dijon mustard

  • 1.00 tb Fresh parsley; chopped

  • 1.00 tb Lemon juice

  • 0.13 ts Tabasco sauce

  • 0.50 c Bread crumbs

  • 0.50 ts Dried tarragon

  • 1.00 lb Shrimp; peeled and deveined

    Preheat broiler. Line broiler pan with aluminum foil. Spray foil

  • 2.

    With vegetable cooking spray.

  • 3.

    In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, parsley, lemon juice

  • 4.

    And tabasco sauce. Mix well. One a sheet of waxed paper, combine

  • 5.

    Bread crumbs and tarragon. Mix well.

  • 6.

    Dip shrimp in mayonnaise mixture, turning to coat. Dredge shimp in

  • 7.

    Bread crumb mixture, turning to coat and patting so crumbs adhere.

  • 8.

    Place shrimp on prepared pan. Broil 4 inches fromheat, turning

  • 9.

    Once, until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
