Cut strawberries and berries into 4 pieces
Over the berries sprinkle sugar and lemon juice. Leave to marinate for 3-4 hours in fridge
Add 2 long squeezes of honey to the Mascarpone and crushed short bread biscuits.
Serve with Sicilian Ice Cream
