One day I wanted to cook with whatever left in my kitchen and I ended up cooking Noodle Fritters.


  • 100 grams noodles, cooked in boiling water for a few minutes

  • 3 tablespoons of coarsely grated carrot

  • 3 tablespoons of finely sliced white cabbage

  • 2 tablespoons of finely chopped green onion

  • 2 eggs

  • 30 grams finely chopped shrimps

  • 3 tablespoons of all purpose flour

  • Pinch of salt and pepper

  • cooking oil for deep frying


  • 1.

    Put the flour into a bowl

  • 2.

    Add beaten eggs

  • 3.

    Beat until smooth

  • 4.

    Add the noodles, carrot, cabbage, shrimp, green onion, salt and pepper, stir to combine

  • 5.

    Deep fry tablespoons of the mixtures in hot oil

  • 6.

    Turn fritters and cook on the other side

  • 7.

    Remove from heat and place on paper towel to absorb the excess oil
