Try Dominic's dessert from week 3 of COME DINE WITH ME AUSTRALIA series 2.
Kiwi Fruit Coulis:
Put kiwi fruit in food processor with icing sugar and blend to a smooth consistency and then sieve.
Add a splash of Midori liqueur.
Pistachio, Saffron & Cardamom Kulfi:
Combine all but the sugar, bring to boil then simmer until reduced to 3 cups.
Discard cardamom pods, and strain.
At room temperature add nuts and put in cup shapes and freeze.
Serve with Kiwi fruit and the Coulis.
