Try Jane's starter from week 2 of COME DINE WITH ME AUSTRALIA series 2.
Place onion and parsley in fry pan of hot oil until brown.
Add mince beef and brown.
Once beef is browned add chicken livers, anchovies and capers.
Add tomato paste and water.
Lower heat and cook for 40 minutes, continually mashing with a fork to get the right consistency.
Slice up bread stick, lightly coat with oil and grill.
Spoon liver paste onto bread and serve warm.
