Asian flavors with crisp veggies
Prepare all Veggies and set aside
Place Barramundi fillets in parchment paper and place into double steamer
Add Soy, garlic, red peppers and ginger to both fillets - split ingredients between both fillets
Steam for 10 mins
Add the remaining Veggies and steam for a further 10 mins
Carefully remove from steamer making sure not to spill the juices form the paper
Drizzle Sesame oil and serve.
If your using a double Bamboo steamer, check the veggies on the lower level that they don't overcook, alternate from top to bottom. Bon Appetito!
