A Full flavored Thai classic
Season and char grill Porterhouse until Medium rare and set aside
Combine Lime, Sugar, Fish Sauce, Sesame Oil and Chillies in a bowl
Add the coriander and Red onion
Slice the Porterhouse thinly and add to the coriander and onion
Add the Lime, Sugar, Fish Sauce and Chillies and toss
If you like it to be more spicy, add as many Chillies as you like. Bon Appetito!
