Turkish Eggs

A tasty Turkish breakfast, that will keep you going the whole morning


  • 300 ml Fresh Yoghurt

  • 80 ml Olive oil

  • 1 garlic clove minced

  • 4 eggs, poached

  • 6 fresh sage leaves

  • 1 ts smokey paprika

  • Season to taste


  • 1.

    Combine yoghurt and garlic and set aside

  • 2.

    Fry off sage leaves in olive oil

  • 3.

    Poach eggs

  • 4.

    Spoon yoghurt mixture into warm plate

  • 5.

    Place poached eggs on top of yoghurt

  • 6.

    Drizzle the olive oil onto the eggs and yoghurt

  • 7.

    Sprinkle paprika and serve


You can soak up all the flavors with Roti or Toasted Pita bread
