For a quick and easy dinner that’s full of flavour, serve these stir fried chilli prawns up with some rice and steamed Asian greens.
Heat coconut oil in a wok over high heat
Add prawns, garlic, ginger, sesame oil and ½ the chilli and continue to cook on high heat and stir-fry until prawns just begin to turn opaque
Turn the heat off and serve with a garnish of spring onions and remaining chilli
