Fry garlic in vegetable oil (in wok) until golden brown.
Add chopped chicken and onion.
Stir in baby corns and bamboo shoots.
Add chillies, sugar, green peppercorns and apple eggplants. Stir in basil, fish sauce and oyster sauce.
Add cooked fettuccine noodles and stir throug
