Mango And Banana Smoothie

What a healthy and nice way to start the day !

Ingredients

  • 1 mango roughly chopped

  • 2 Bananas

  • 200 ml Natural Yoghurt

  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice

  • 1 tablespoon Honey

  • 200 ml Ice

Method

  • 1.

    Put all the ingredients (including the ice if using) into a liquidiser and whiz up.

  • 2.

    Taste for lime juice and honey
