Try Sharon's entree from week 2 of COME DINE WITH ME AUSTRALIA series 2.
Cut chicken into strips, score the skin side slightly.
Combine all remaining ingredients in a shallow dish and coat chicken well and leave in fridge for an hour to marinade.
Heat a fry pan with a little oil over a medium heat and cook for approx 4 mins each side starting with skin side down first.
Gently combine all ingredients in a bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste.
