Try Sharon's smoked salmon starter from week 2 of COME DINE WITH ME AUSTRALIA series 2.
Separate lettuce leaves and wash.
Place small bundle of cucumber on each lettuce leaf.
Add half a slice of smoked salmon on top, followed by a teaspoon of cream cheese.
Place a coriander leaf on cream cheese and season with salt and pepper.
Serve with lemon wedges in case anyone wants to squeeze over.
