Try Jesse's dessert from week 2 of COME DINE WITH ME AUSTRALIA series 2.
Slice the strawberries into quarters to match the size of the other berries.
On a low heat warm the brandy, add the berries. Because the berries are cold turn the heat up a touch until you see bubbling for about 2-3 minutes.
Whip the cream until quite thick.
Dip each biscuit in brandy and milk briefly and layer with the whipped cream stacked four biscuits high.
Coat the top biscuit with cream then gently spoon the berries over the top whilst still warm.
Garnish with a spring of mint.
