Delicious served with greek yoghurt, whipped cream, crème fraiche, vanilla ice cream or the coconut and lime ice. And amazing for breakfast too ( if there is any left over!!)
Put the sugar and water into a saucepan and stir over a medium heat to dissolve the sugar.
Bring up to the boil and simmer for 2 mins then let it cool.
Peel the mango and slice quite thinly down to the stone, slice the banana too and put the fruit into a bowl with the cool syrup.
Add the zest and juice of the lime, chill and serve.
