Whilst looking for a recipe for a healthy treat, I stumbled upon this one. It's low fat, high in fibre and delicious.
Pre-heat oven to 180C.
Line a 18x28 cm slice pan with baking paper.
Mix together flours, oats, sugar, sultanas, dates and cinnamon.
Beat banana, soy milk, egg and egg white and add to dry mixture.
Place into prepared tin and bake for 40 minutes.
Cool then cut into slices.
