Very quick and easy! also very delicious. Perfect recipe to use up some leftovers!
Place the pesto, sundried tomatoes, olive oil, garlic and chilli into a small saucepan and simmer on a low heat just to warm through- stirring occasionally.
Cook the pasta and the chicken ( if both already cooked just warm them up!)
Drain pasta and set aside. once the chicken is cooked roughly chop to your desired size (can be big chunks or small strips)
Tip the pasta back into a pot, add the chicken and pour over the pesto mixture. using tongs stir throught until everything is coated.
This dish is perfect hot or cold!
