Vienna Schnitzel

tradirional Austrian meal, easy to cook


  • veal loin

  • flour

  • eggs

  • bread crumbs unseasoned

  • butter

  • canola oil

  • salt pepper

  • potapoes

  • eggs

  • corn flour

  • salt pepper

  • nutmeg

  • green beens

  • bacon


  • 1.

    Cut thin schnitzels out of veal loins, bounze between plastic bag very carefully,

  • 2.

    Season with salt and fresh ground black pepper. bread in flour-eggwash-breadcrumbs. fry golden brown in butter and oil mix.

  • 3.

    Put on papertowel to dry from oil.

  • 4.

    Peel boiled potatoes, mash them, mix with eggyolk, salt pepper and corn starch, make a roll, cut in slices, fry in oil in a hot pan golden brown.

  • 5.

    Blanch green beans, wrapp in bacon, panfry till bacon is crunchy

  • 6.

    Garnish with lemon slice and cranberry sauce


you can also use chicken breast or pork loins.
