  • 2 cup of rice, washed, drained

  • 1 bunch of choy sum, washed, cut

  • 1.5 litre of water

  • 5 large eggs

  • 2 blocks of chicken powder

  • Garnish:

  • Preserved Cabbage

  • Ground White Pepper


  • 1.

    Cook washed rice with water until cooked, soften like porridge.

  • 2.

    Add choy sum, mix well.

  • 3.

    Add eggs and chicken powder, mix well.

  • 4.

    Cook for 2 minutes further.

  • 5.

    Ready to serve with preserved cabbage and ground white pepper
