Spice up the humble fried egg with curry and coriander powder for a savoury twist.


  • 2 eggs, beaten well

  • 1/2 onion, diced

  • 1 garlic, minced

  • 1 spring onion, chopped finely

  • 1/2 tsp curry powder

  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder

  • Salt and pepper

  • Oil


  • 1.

    Mix together egg, spring onion, curry powder, coriander powder, salt and pepper. Set aside.

  • 2.

    Heat oil, add garlic and onion, sautee until onion soften.

  • 3.

    Pour egg mixture evenly and cook.
