Oyster Sauce Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 2 plates of overnight rice

  • 1/2 brown onion, finely chopped

  • 100 gr of cabbage, finely chopped

  • 1 tbsp of sambal oelek / chili paste

  • 1 spring onion, finely chopped

  • 2 tbsp of fish sauce

  • 2 tbsp of oyster sauce

  • pepper

  • 2 tbsp rice bran oil

Method

  • 1.

    Heat oil in a pan, add onion and garlic, sautee for 1 minute.

  • 2.

    Then add sambal oelek, sautee until onion translucent.

  • 3.

    Add rice, cabbage, fish sauce, oyster sauce.

  • 4.

    Mix well until cabbage cooked.

  • 5.

    Last add spring onion, mix well and switch off the stove.

  • 6.

    Ready to serve.

  • 7.

    Yummmoooooo....!!!
