It's a healthy lunch/dinner.
For the fish:Wash the fish and pat dry. Salt the fish and put to one side. Preheat the grill and put some oil on the grill pan then place the fish on the grill pan and cook for 3 minutes both sides or until cooked through.
For the sauce: Wash the tomatoes and cut off the tops, then grate in a large bowl, grate the onion too then place in the bowl the garlic and herbs. Put in some salt and pepper and the sugar and mix to combine the ingredients. Place the fish on a serving plate and place some sauce on the side if u like u can serve with a green salad.
