Healthy muffins using wholemeal flour... Yummo!!!
Preheat Oven to 180 degrees celsius
Sift the flour, baking powder and sugar into a large bowl
Using a microplane grate cinnamon into flour mix about 1/2 teaspoon
Whisk the butter, milk, egg and vanilla all together and add to the dry ingredients.
Mixing lighty with a fork until just combined then add chopped apples and mix through.
Spoon large spoonfulls into a lined muffin tray and bake for about 15 minutes or until a skerwer comes out clean.
U can use any type of apples or pears for this recipe.
